Made-to-order items (Beanies & Lithophanes)

Beanies and lithophane night lights are made to order specifically for you. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items.

For this reason, returns are not accepted on beanies or lithophane orders unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the item, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and I will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cane restoration

Restoration work is quoted and agreed before any work begins. Please raise any concerns before collection — once a piece has left my workshop I am unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
